Season’s greetings
16/12/2021
From 23/12/2021 until 02/01/2022, we will be bidding you a brief farewell from all of us here at kptec as we take a short Christmas break. With that in mind, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in advance. Here at the company, we got into the Christmas spirit early when we recorded a little Christmas greeting for you. Check out our interpretation of a well-known Christmas classic… but be warned: You might not be able to get it out of your head!
Dear blog reader,
Christmas is right around the corner. The year is almost at an end.
It has been another eventful year, despite – and also because of – the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Most people I know want to go back to the way things were before the coronavirus – the „old normal“, as it were. But things will probably never be the same again. The world has changed, life has changed, society has changed and we as human beings have changed. Things have also changed for the better – not everything, but some things. Change is good, change is necessary, change is part of life itself and goes hand in hand with development. It is often arduous and uncomfortable, but it is important when it comes to adapting to changing living conditions.
There were, of course, many other talking points and developments over the past year as well. The fledgling economic recovery in many sectors, which was slowed down by a chip shortage and desolate supply chains, the pleasantly seamless formation of a new German government that now has to show it has what it takes, the natural disasters affecting us here in Germany that have once again shown everyone that we must change course before it’s too late.
There were also many signs of solidarity and community spirit, which gave us heart in these difficult times. Signs of togetherness and support. This is what make us human, and society could not function without it.
We wish you a peaceful Christmas and a Happy New Year! We wish you good health and hope you have lots of great ideas and drive to ensure the new year is a good one. And if we can support you in this regard, then we will be more than happy to do so.
Stay healthy!
With warmest regards,
Matthias Kelch
