Complex inner contours are our speciality.
As an experienced contract manufacturer in the field of metalworking, we have already produced thousands of spindle shafts for the drive spindles of machining centres. We start by producing the contour of the machine component on our turning/milling centres and hard turning machines. With the help of the internal grinders, we then achieve a very, very high degree of accuracy for your entire batch. It is with this task that you benefit from our experience in particular: At a depth of 20 x d, we grind all functional surfaces with a degree of accuracy of a few microns – a claim hardly any other contract manufacturer out there can make. It is from this that we have developed our specialist area: The really and truly precise manufacturing of complex inner contours for shafts. It would also be our pleasure to show you the high quality and precision of our rotationally symmetrical machine components.
Rotationally symmetrical parts that are highly precise, not too big and not too small, preferably with complex inner contours: This is what we’re really, really good at. CNC parts with a length of 300 to 1,200 millimetres and a diameter of 60 to 300 millimetres suit us perfectly. Our metalworking department offers even more possibilities:
When it comes to shaft manufacturing for motor spindles, we already supply more than 50 percent of machine components in a fully finished state, complete with shrink-fit rotors and compensating washers. In addition, we offer installation of modules using self-produced and bought-in machine components. We can also take over responsibility for parts planning and logistics upon request.
