When analysing and diagnosing spindles, our service technicians use the mobile spindle monitoring solution PortableSpindleControl (PSC) directly on site at your location. We use a highly-precise, portable laser measuring system for flexible testing and monitoring of motor spindles in machine tools. The measurements are carried out at different speeds.

Regular inspections of motor spindles during setup phases or shutdown periods help to identify incipient motor spindle defects at an early stage. The inspections can be scheduled in advance and will massively increase your machine availability. In the event of a threatening defect, your motor spindle can be exchanged and repaired upon arrangement. This will result in significantly reduced costs, as a defect during production can cause considerably more damage to machines, processing tools and workpieces – not to mention the unscheduled machine downtime that would occur as a result.
